There are other better smartphones available in the same price range. For example, you can go for second hand Motorola turbo or Motorola droid razr, both have 2GB of RAM and a certainly better camera than 8MP back camera. These are second hand smartphones so you won’t get them with a warranty. Or, you can go for Oppo selfie smartphone which is a little pricier but has better specifications than the Motorola Moto C Plus.
Final word:
Moto C Plus is not the best smartphone for the price. Search around for better options and try other brands such as Oppo, Qmobile, Gfive and you will find smartphones with better specifications for the same price, or may be even lower price.
