During your absence or when call forwarding is available on STC Saudi Arabia network, you will never miss a single call notification. It’s nice to stay on top of your job and know who called during those busy or absent periods. However, you can see the full name, phone number, and time of the call in the notification.
To activate divert calls service on STC Saudi Arabia network, dial *21*4000# #21# and press the call button.
Two ways to divert calls on the STC KSA telecom network: When busy then dial this code *67*4000# #67#. However, when not answered then dial *61*4000# #61#.
Total charges for diverting calls on STC telecom are: SR 5.75/month. These monthly Subscription charges are only once the service is enabled. Furthermore, the price includes a 15% VAT surcharge. All incoming calls on your number will be diverted or forwarded to the STC’s Mawjood service number “4000” as soon as you enable the service. Deactivating STC call divert service
You can deactivate or call the STC KSA call divert, forwarding function at any time. To cancel call, divert immediately, dial #21#, while to cancel call divert when not addressed, dial #61#, and to cancel call divert when busy, dial #67# and press the call button. There is no charge for deactivating STC call divert service.
